With Sandia Bookkeeping’s clean up services, customers can expect our team to reconcile past due accounts (1 bank account and 1 credit cards.)
Minimum required hours for clean up services are 4 hours. Additional hours may be needed for longer clean up operations.
This package is for new businesses who may need assistance setting up their books, managing their financial reports, and tracking expenses and revenue. This package is meant for businesses and owners who have limited to no employees (other than themselves), have minimal monthly transactions, or work primarily in the 1099 workforce (such as real estate or insurance agents).
The following services are offered in the Founders Package;
Record and categorize expenses (limited to one bank account)
Reconcile bank statements
Generate financial reports (profit and loss statement)
Quarterly optional meeting to understand financial reports.
This package is designed for growing small businesses and established sole proprietors with consistent revenue, 2-15 employees, and multiple financial accounts. It's ideal for owners who need more comprehensive financial oversight and strategic insights to support their continued growth.
The following services are offered in the Founders Package;
Record and categorize expenses (limited by account number)
Reconcile bank statements for connected accounts
Generate comprehensive financial reports (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement)

Sandia Bookkeeping offers Accounts Payable (A/P) services for organizations of all sizes. Instead of running around ragged ensuring all your vendors get paid on time, we handle this for you. Our A/P service ensures that you continue to have a great relationship with vendors by paying on time and avoiding late charges. Additionally, we will conduct analysis on payment structures to ensure the most beneficial structure is in place for your business and vendors.
